We use DPD to deliver our orders.


If you select a “leave in a safe place” option with DPD, the parcel will be delivered in line with the instructions you provide. Once delivered, liability for the goods passes to you, and we would not be able to raise a lost parcel claim with the courier.


DPD may also deliver your parcel according to the delivery preferences (e.g. delivery to a neighbour or a safe place) set on your DPD account. Please check that these instructions are up to date and correct.
